The LMA’s Contingency Committee has published two new model USA Mourning Extensions:

• LMA5701 Mourning Extension (for use with LMA3165 Lloyd’s Contingency Cancellation and Abandonment Policy – USA)

• LMA5702 Mourning Extension (for use with LMA3166 Lloyd’s Contingency Non-Appearance Policy – USA)

NOTE: the following must be completed prior to use:

• Paragraph 1 requires an age to be specified.
• Paragraph 2a) requires a number of days to be specified.
