In her role at the LMA, Sally manages the business support team and is also an executive assistant to the LMA’s CEO and People, Culture and Academy Director.
Jason joined the LMA in March 2024. In his role he is responsible for managing reception duties and administration, and coordinating event logistics, including our busy Academy events.
Before joining, he had 8 years’ experience of reception and office administration, working in the office of a busy primary school.

Jackie provides secretarial support/assistance within the underwriting team.
Sophie provides secretarial support/assistance to the finance & risk management, legal & compliance and regulatory teams.
Working as part of the Business Support Team, Chloe primarily supports the LMA’s Claims and Operations team.
Working as part of the Business Support Team, Yasemin primarily supports the LMA’s Finance, Legal and Regulatory team. Yasemin previously worked as a Business Administrator & Bid Co-ordinator at AD Construction.
