Rob Myers was formerly Operations Director at the LMA from May 2019 to April 2025. Through engagement with operations and technology C-suite in Lloyd’s managing agents, Lloyd’s Corporation and other London market trade associations, he is responsible for representing LMA Members’ interests in, and the LMA contribution to: market modernisation and digitisation initiatives; supporting and influencing the design, adoption and evolution of shared, central services supplied to LMA Members.

Acting as Customer Representative for LMA Members and working closely with the London Insurance Market Operations & Strategic Sourcing (LIMOSS) team, Rob also has oversight of the effective and efficient delivery of production services and change programmes by Market Services supplier organisations.

Prior to joining the LMA, Rob operated as an independent consultant supporting a client with the establishment of a new Lloyd’s syndicate, coverholder and claims TPA. He started his career at the Corporation of Lloyd’s and held a number of senior roles in Xchanging, latterly DXC Technology, including Global COO for Xchanging’s Insurance & Banking Business Process Services and Managing Director of London Market Insurance Services joint-venture businesses co-owned by Lloyd’s and the International Underwriting Association (IUA).
